Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Fyzik AI ("FAZIK," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the FAZIK mobile application (the "App"). FAZIK is a physique-scanning and workout-tracking app. We built it around a simple principle: we only collect what's needed to generate your training plan and track your progress, and nothing more.

By using FAZIK, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Information We Collect

FAZIK does not require an account, email address, or password. Instead, the App generates a random, anonymous device identifier the first time you open it. That identifier — not your name or email — is what ties your data together on our servers.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

3. Physique Scan Photos

This is the most sensitive data FAZIK touches, so we want to be precise about it. When you take or upload a physique scan photo:

• The photo is transmitted securely to our backend and forwarded to an AI vision provider (such as Google Gemini) solely to compute your body-composition scores.
• The photo is never written to our servers or any database. It exists only transiently, in memory, for the duration of that one analysis request, and is discarded immediately after.
• The only surviving copy of your scan photo is stored locally, in your app's private on-device storage. It is never uploaded to our servers, never backed up to iCloud/Google Drive by the App, and never synced between your devices.
• If you delete the App, that local photo is deleted with it.

The results of the scan (your score, body-fat estimate, muscle-group ratings, and measurements) are stored on our servers, tied to your anonymous device ID, so your progress charts and scan history work the way you'd expect. Only the photo itself is excluded from server storage.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Generate and update your personalized workout plan
• Analyze your physique scan and return your results
• Track your workout history, streaks, and progress over time
• Manage your FAZIK Pro subscription and entitlements
• Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
• Respond to support requests you send us

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

5. Third-Party Services

FAZIK relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

• AI vision provider (e.g. Google Gemini): receives your scan photo transiently, for analysis only, as described in Section 3.
• RevenueCat: manages FAZIK Pro subscriptions on our behalf. Your purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play directly — we and RevenueCat never see your payment card details.
• Cloudflare: hosts our backend infrastructure and database.

These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us. App Store and Google Play platform services (crash reporting, purchase processing) are governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not show ads in FAZIK. We only share data with the service providers listed in Section 5, and only to the extent needed to operate the App, or when required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

7. Data Retention

We retain your profile, scan results, and workout history for as long as your device ID remains active on our servers, so that reinstalling the App or restoring from setup doesn't wipe your history. Scan photos are never retained server-side at all (Section 3). You can request full deletion of your server-side data at any time — see Section 10.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit (encrypted HTTPS connections) and at rest on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but protecting your data — especially the sensitive photo you trust us with for a few seconds during analysis — is a design priority, not an afterthought.

9. Your Rights & Choices

• Camera & photo library access can be granted, denied, or revoked at any time from your device's system settings.
• Notifications can be turned off at any time from your device's system settings.
• Local data can be cleared at any time using "Start Over" in the App's Profile settings, which resets your onboarding answers on-device.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us (Section 15) to exercise these rights.

10. Deleting Your Data

"Start Over" clears your locally stored profile and scan photo and walks you back through setup, but your server-side history (tied to your anonymous device ID) is preserved so re-onboarding updates it rather than starting a duplicate. If you want your server-side data permanently deleted — for example, because you're no longer using FAZIK — email us at rizwanrasheed046@gmail.com from any address and reference your request; we'll confirm deletion once it's processed.

11. Health Disclaimer

FAZIK's body-fat percentage, FFMI, and muscle-group ratings are AI-generated estimates based on a visual analysis of your photo. They are intended for general fitness tracking and motivation only. They are not medical advice, a medical device, or a diagnostic tool, and should not be used to make decisions about your health without consulting a qualified physician. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, talk to a doctor before starting any new training program.

12. Children's Privacy

FAZIK is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us at rizwanrasheed046@gmail.com and we will delete it.

13. International Users

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network, which may process data in countries other than your own. By using FAZIK, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of FAZIK after a change means you accept the updated policy.
